Production Services

Latina Estudio continues to work with production companies and agencies from all over the world. The last two jobs from Russia were done in association with Action Film and A.R.M.I. creative agency, from Moscow. Both commercials were shot in Chile. The job was produced by Dasha Shtukaturova (Brazil) and Rodrigo Quintanilla (Chile). Click here to view the commercials

Brazil – The Emperor of Coffee.
We were happy to receive our friends from China (TVB China channel), who came to Brazil to shoot one episode of the “Coffee Confidential 2011” project. Moses Chan, the Chinese “Prince of Coffee”, was traveling through 5 countries (Jamaica, Brazil, Vietnam, Australia, Yunnan), discovering the splendor of the coffee empires and professional knowledge about coffee in different aspects. Special thanks to our producer Ricca Gonçalves (Brazil).

Original Productions

Latina Estudio and La Comuna have shot the last Campaign of Maizena in San Jose/Costa Rica. The 3 films were created by Ploc Agency/ Brazil for Unilever, to be aired in Central America and Colômbia.

To promote the Subzero Beer from Brazil, which was sponsoring the Green Day Concert, we traveled together with our friends from Agencia Click/ Brazil to an ice-covered mountain in Chile, to prove that, YES, it IS possible to create fire from ice! Feature Films

Latina Estudio won the prize for Best Actress on September, during the 39th Gramado Film Festival, the most tradicional Festival in Brazil, with the movie Garcia. Being the first co-production between Brazil and Colombia (Latina Estudio and Rhayuela Cine), Garcia was competing with others 7 feature films from all over Latin America and was welcomed very warmly by critics.

In Cartagena, the most tradicional Festival in Colômbia, Latina Estudio won 2 big prizes: Best International Movie for Post Mortem (co-produced with Fabula/Chile, Canana/Mexico and Authentika/Germany) and Best Colombian Movie for Garcia (Latina and Rhayuela).

3D

Sony
The first 3D stereo film for 3D TVs in Brazil was made by Latina Estudio. Created by Dentsu Brazil, the film was aired at Pelé Gym Net and was a success among the spinning athletes. The film was directed by Cao Quintas and Carlos Cordeiro.
